Return and Refund Policy – Easy 14-Day Returns at Debris
At Debris, we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you peace of mind when shopping with us. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Qualify for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at info@debrisshop.co.uk. Once accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Earrings
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., scented candles)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please reach out with any questions regarding specific items.
Exchanges
For faster processing, return your unwanted item and make a new purchase once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Items must still meet our standard return conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
